Rotary Club of Madurai West, Rotary Club of Virudhunagar and Rotaract Club of MGNMRS jointly organizes “YADHUMANAVAL – Empowering Girls”  on September 18th 2025. Dr. Jayanthasri Balakrishnan has served as an resource person for the programme and emphasize the importance of reading books and she also suggest few books to be read by the students.

State Level Intercollegiate Meet “FUSION 25” was organized on September 19th, 2025 more than 600 students  from 16 different colleges were participated in the event. The winner, the first runner up and the second runner up were recognized with cash prizes of Rs.10000, Rs.7000 and Rs.5000 respectively

Received an Appreciation Certificate from Dr Palanivel Thiagarajan, Minister for Information and Technology and Digital services of Tamilnadu  on 11th June 2025 for hosting the training on Data Analytics using Python and Digital Marketing through the HP Employability Skills Training Program.

Khadi and Village Industries Commission in association with National Service Scheme, Madurai Kamaraj University jointly  organized “Khadi Rising The Madurai – Khadi Marathon 2025” on 31st July 2025, the marathon was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chairman, KVIC, Govt. of. India, nearly 1000 students were participated and make the event a grant success. 

Khadi and Village Industries Commission in association with National Service Scheme, Madurai Kamaraj University jointly  organized “Blood Donation Camp” on 31st July 2025, the camp was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chairman, KVIC, Govt. of. India, 33 volunteers from various colleges have donated their blood.

Road safety awareness program at kurivakaran salai. The government of India celebrates Road safety week from 11th to 17th of January every year. This program is aimed at raising public awareness about traffic rules and ultimately to reduce casualties due to road accidents.

Many of these accidents occur due to poor driving skills, non-adherence to road safety precautions, lack of awareness and violation of traffic rules.Road safety awareness is a crucial aspect of preventing accidents and ensuring the well-being of all road users. With the increasing number of vehicles on the road, the risk of accidents and fatalities has also risen, making it essential to educate people about the importance of road safety.
